- Experience working with modern Javascript & Java libraries, clear understanding on the concept of ES6/ES7, promises & reactive programming
- Fluency in React/Redux
- Native Android & iOS development experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Design & develop mobile apps using React Native
- Develop stunning, efficient & reliable web & mobile interfaces
- Optimize speed & scalability
- Consistently check, debug & improve current sites & apps
- Write clean, maintainable & well tested code
- Produce responsive & cross platform features
- Build reusable components & scalable architecture
- Introduce & understand development best practices, usability & semantics
- Contribute in all phases of an agile development lifecycle
- Create technical documentation as needed
- Contribute to new development features for our platform(s)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Train & mentor junior developers
